Q) Raw food is uncooked, so how do you ensure your Raw Tarts taste delicious in their natural state and hold their shape?

A) We use organic ingredients and try to make sure they are not too complicated in flavour so you can test each element

Q) Can eating ‘raw’ be benefical to our health?

A) A lot of nutrients are destroyed during cooking so we process everything under 115F to ensure we keep as much of the good stuff in as we can.

Q We’re intrigued by your Nut Butters, if you don’t add oil when making them how come they are smooth/paste like in texture and taste amazing with so much depth ?

A I roast all the nuts first, this helps the natural oils come out of the nuts when being processed by a food processor
