About Rugeroni's

Mark Rugeroni-Welch can trace his family history back to the crusades and the title of Papal Dukes of Genoa until a feud with the Pope made the family leave to Gibraltar then to Lisbon and finally ending up in Argentina. The food gene must run in the family as the Rugeroni family owned a big restaurant / hotel in Lisbon. Mark takes his influences from Italy, Spain but mainly from his times in Argentina where the gauchos taught him how to cook the perfect Asado – which translates as a BBQ gathering where food and drink are served over a long day. Mark has a real passion for food and is currently creating new and more exciting products for consumption – just watch this space.
